Notes / Small things
Time for someone else to enjoy Lundbylyan.
Gothenburg is fantastic. Beyond being the city where I worked for five years, it’s been Kattis’s favorite weekend escape. So much joy, and so many absolutely perfect moments. But three homes is one too many. So it’s time for someone else to enjoy Lundbylyan.
We’re not looking to rent it out, and we’re in no hurry to sell. But if the right buyer comes along, we could hand over the keys within a couple of hours. (The front door is the only thing we haven’t digitized…)
Give me a shout if you, or someone you know, would like to buy Sweden’s coolest little studio. In one of the city’s best locations and part of the best housing co-operative I’ve ever come across. And I’ve encountered a few in nearly 60 years… 🫣
One slightly unusual detail: it’s a “bokal”, a combined residential and commercial unit, and you can own it as a company. So buying it through your business is an option, if that appeals.
Link in the first comment. And even if you’re not in the market for a studio, I’d love your feedback on the website. That’s a bit of an experiment too.
