Saving time can matter. It also leaves some important questions unanswered: did the decision improve, did a person gain confidence, or could someone finally participate in work that had been difficult to access?
The Six Value Vectors give a team several places to look for value. They help make a conversation about AI more specific: what should change here, for whom, and how would we know?
Choose evidence that fits the work. A faster decision is not automatically a better decision; a lower workload is not useful if the quality disappears. The vectors are lenses for inquiry, not a guarantee of return.
Earlier material calls this the Five Value Vectors. Access and Inclusion was added in July 2026. Five Ways AI Changes Work is a different framework.
