Most of us can describe the work waiting for us today. It is often harder to protect time for changing how that work happens, developing our own capability or helping someone else grow.
The Four Jobs makes those different kinds of contribution visible. AI can have a role in all four. A useful question is where it creates room for better work, and what we choose to do with that room.
Try mapping a real week. Where did the attention go? Which job keeps getting postponed? The point is to examine your own situation, not to measure everyone against an invented ideal percentage.
