# Future of Trucking · Job Fit Atlas

An exploratory field guide to changing truck-driver preferences and possible job fit in the United States.

The guide explores changes in drivers' preferences and behaviour, and how different kinds of work might fit those preferences in the years ahead.

Use it to develop questions and examine possibilities. It is a general public research project, not a hiring assessment or an employer's promise about future roles.
