I refuse to accept the premise that AI making us more stupid is some kind of law of nature. Sure enough, you can be lazy and have AI just do stuff for you – but you can also lean in, engage, and have amazing conversations with it. Moments like this, I would argue, are some of the best learning experiences I've ever had.

(And yes, this is a very small example - but the point is that it's always there, 24/7, being this... clever, attentive and supportive, funny and perfectly adapted to me and the situation we're in.)
