Hörni. Five years ago, I walked into a small team called Volvo Group Strategy. This week, I walk out from the huge Volvo Trucks community, where I've spent most of my time on everyday AI adoption: real people, real work, real change. Real value.

I'm a Mintzberg guy. The whole thesis of ”Crafting Strategy” is that visionary thinking and boots-on-the-ground work aren't two different jobs. They're one continuous craft. Five years let me walk that line end to end. Not everyone gets to do that. I’m so grateful.

It's been an incredible learning experience. For the people I worked with, I hope. For me, without question. I learned more than I taught - by a lot. And stepping back from Volvo, from any single client: I have never worked this much in my life. I have also never had this much fun. What a time to be alive!

Calvin said it better than I ever could:
”It's a magical world, ol' buddy. Let's go exploring.”

So that's what I'm doing. AI in mind, sled in hand.
